Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 - schedule 5

1. Name

The name of the incorporated association is The Australian and New Zealand Society of Criminology Inc. (in these Rules called "the Association").

The Secretary of the Association must keep minutes of the resolutions and proceedings of each general meeting, and each committee meeting, together with a record of the names of persons present at committee meetings.

Except for the requirement in rule 12, any notice that is required to be given to a member, by on behalf of the Association, under these Rules may be given by-

In the event of the winding up or the cancellation of the incorporation of the Association, the assets of the Association must be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
